Women in the war room and board room

April 4th, 2013
04:32 PM ET

Baroness Mary Goudie is on a mission.

In 1971, she became the youngest woman in England elected to her local council in England. Now, a member of the British House of Lords, she is trying to better the world, by ensuring that more women are in the board room - and the war room.

“We would get a better society” if more women were employed around the world, Baroness Goudie told CNN’s Christiane Amanpour on Thursday.

Watch Baroness Goudie’s full conversation with Amanpour in the video above.

CNN’s Meredith Milstein produced this piece for television.

A woman must not be in war room at all after all people fight on war to concurr and satisfy something which they fight for with woman in place hardly there will be a fight and it all resolves peacefully yes board room is the right place for the womans where they pitch in with innovative thoughts and a great diplomatic leaders to carry out their thoughs its amazing to see to how womans are leading in the corporate front and becoming great leaders heavy competetion to men of course but thats fine we had our centurey of dictatorship and its the better halfs turn.. all the best.. lol

As a veteran women take lead both at war and war board rooms. They're great innovators, mortivators, organisers/warriors
