And how many law abiding citizens killed all these innocent children..eh. How many law abiding citizens will ever kill anyone but a crook, burglar, or rapist. Wake up stupid people..Crooks and crazies don't obey laws...do they..So only laws affect good citizens putting them at a disadvantage to the crooks..Even the Sandy Hook parents acknowledge these "new" laws would have NOT stopped Lanza..So the real agenda comes out of hiding..penalize good people and prevent them from resisting a tyrannical government. Let's drop the liberal-progressive PC names for yourselves and call you what your thoughts and mindset really is..COMMUNISTS.

Have you people ever heard of the black market? You can get anything that's considered illegal. These gun laws will only make matters worst. People will be buying guns from people who only want money, people that doesn't care about background checks, ATF regulations etc. There isn't going to be anyway to track these people like. The supreme court will throw these new laws out. I understand why these new laws are coming into play, but this is not the answer. You can declare the war on drugs, terror and now guns if you want. I don't feel any safer.

I don't trust the gov...ever hear.."I am from the government and I am here to help." It's another of the great lies, like the check is in the mail, and of course I will respect you in the morning. Deji, I guess you didn't notice...All the shooting occured in "gun free" zones..you know where "laws' said there weren't any...Yup, get rid of guns on the streets...might want to take a look at Chicago..no guns allowed there...still had over 500 murders last year...How's that NO GUNS policy working out fer ya...

I find it amusing that the media attacks gun owners using the Connecticut shooting for justification even though the killer never used an assault rifle during his rampage but did use several video games in which to prepare himself for that day and the media and congress remains silent on this point. In addition, the number one movie this weekend is G.I. Joe with all its action pack sequences, and still Congress and the media doesn't think it plays a part in what happens on the street. Legal gun owners follow the laws and we know the history of countries that started with gun registration, then confiscation then mass killing. I am not saying the last part will happen here, but sure folks in Germany and Turkey felt the same way. the 2d amendment wasn;t written for hunting but to insure our government remains a Republic, with have nine million people who have given up looking for work in America, with 635K last month alone add to that the estimated 11 million illegal immigrants here we know little about with more getting in each day but still yo u attack gun owners? I doubt seriously the "bad guys" are planning on giving up there's anytime soon.so I'll just mine

Guns have a new definition in todays century country like india people not only hold the licensed version also the home made country pistols enough to keep someone mouth and heart stopped its cruel as to how the same is inflicting socities and create more attrocities , guns are for police and army not for civilians a total ban must be implemented , once caught with gun , shoot the very bullet in the owners head , people have been killing and taking human life in cold blood with the complexties of juiciary it takes ages to get the accused punished and the victim has nothing but to feel sorry for being in wrong place at wrong time.. hope we improve over the years if not months.. ameen

Still can't get that British mindset of being a SUBJECT out of your mind can you..WE in the US are NOT SUBJECTS...WE ARE CITIZENS and act accordingly. The US gov is subject to OUR desires and NOT the other way around...That is why we have the 2nd Amendment..to prevent a tyrannical gov..If YOUR gov was to go completely nuts what would you be able to do....NOTHING...We in the US can and would stop them.

It will become like Europe; only the bad guys have guns, the rest: good luck to you all. Freedom isn't Free, don't let it be taken away from you. There is a growing enemy within the USA and it is waiting for the moment all guns will be banned to force its backward cult on you.

In "G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra," released in 2009, the world was in danger because of a substance called nanomite that could be put on the head of nuclear warheads, allowing them to melt metal and cause more destruction. The plan to launch a set of nuclear warheads was thwarted, but apparently, not for good. In 2012's "G.I. Joe: Retaliation," the nanomite-laced warheads are back. Only this time, the nefarious shadow group called Cobra plans to use a new program to induce global domination with the nukes. They don't care how many lives they have to take, and they blow up the entire city of London to prove that they mean business. `-
