Two of the twentieth century's greatest human beings have come from South Africa – Mahatma Gandhi and Nelson Mandela. Both faced down harsh, well entrenched powers with the superior force of non violence.

In our african continent mr Madiba have bosted and given the best example to thos who rules until they die or become blind. Changing of rulers from one person to another is the best way of dividing the welth of the country from place to place or equalizing the country. We hope God will add mr Madiba more days for people to see him, he is too beatiful just from what he did we love him.

As one who has achieved the biblical score of "two score and ten" i.e. an unreconstructed product of the sixties . . . and on watching the reportage on Nelson Mandela and his achievements I have been pondering on the creation of a list of personal "secular" "saints" (I am of the opinion that the Nobel Prize has lost it's way) . . . first on the the list would be Madiba, thereafter influential individuals such as Martin Luther King, John Lennon, Bishop Tutu, . . . hmmm still working on the w.i.p (p.s. I am neither south african or "coloured")
