I have no idea who Givrilo Princip was.
GAVRILO Princip, however, assassinated Archduke Franz Ferdinand. Is this who you meant?
Here is the original German WW2 newsreel showing the act of removing the plague by Germans in Sarajevo. That was one of first things they did upon occupying Sarajevo. Words inscribed on the plaque: "On this historic place Gavilo Princip heralded freedom":
