To me, the inability of the Israelis and Arabs to make peace in the region, is a grave injustice to their own people and the world as a whole. You mentioned how important education is in bringing citizens of the world up from habitual despair and suffering. Common sense would tell anyone that people working together is a much better way to work on problems for one another than greed, hate and death by force. My Lord, 17,000 children a day die from hunger worldwide. We have problems that the whole of all of us should be ashamed for. I know there is evil in the world but I would presume that good is much more prevalent in our world or we would be in much worse condition.
I think it's great that Queen Rania is so innovative and pogressiv. I am sure that Jordan will experience success as a nation with her and her husband as rulers. I hope that she will succeed to get the financial means to get the world's poor children to school. A human who get an education is the MAIN action to get themselves and there nation out of poverty. I hope the queen will inspire many Arab women. It will be very interisting to follow her and her impact on the world.
I think people around the world should stop being so negative, especially if someone is trying to do something for someone's education. if the Queen is taking a vacation going to Italy, she can do it with or without promoting global education. Should doesn't need to worry about anyone if she doesn't want to. Yet, she still wants to worry about the kid who needs education not only her own country but around the world. I am from Afghanistan, and I hope there will be a day where I start something like this to promoting education around my country. But first, I have to get done with my college. two more years.

I am sharing with you a story I hope you can help with:
10 year old Adam Jones was "abducted" by his Qatari relatives in early October.His British Mother Rebecca is desperately trying to have him returned to her custody.
Adams' biological father passed away in 2005 & in Oct 2009, Rebecca was duped into signing a court order to allow her sons' Qatari relatives to take him.
On Oct 3rd, Rebecca who lives in Bahrain,took Adam on a visit to Qatar at the request of her late ex-husbands family.
The Qatari family at the centre of all of this, deceived Rebecca by telling her that the papers they wanted her to sign were about her sons' inheritance,as the documents were in Arabic, Rebecca refused to sign them.
One of Adams' uncles, with whom Rebecca had maintained a good relationship & whom she trusted, lied to her, telling her the papers were about Adam's inheritance share.
In reality, the papers allowed the Qatari grandmother to file for custody of Adam.
A subsiquent court hearing has now granted full custody to Adams' sick 77 yr old paternal grandmother, Miriam Al Juma.Rebecca was denied visitation.
A later court hearing granted Rebecca a 3 hour visit with Adam, at his grandmothers house, surrounded by the Qatari relatives.However, "Uncle" Fahad refused to allow the visit, in spite of the court order, thereby breaking the law, yet again !!
Rebecca finally got to see Adam on Nov 26th evening, he now knows the truth and is desperate to return home to his Mum,Dad & Sister. The meeting was bitter sweet as once over, Adam had to return to his cruel relatives as they still have custody of him.
We need as many people to join as possible,in order to petition the British & Qatari governments to act now and do the JUST act of returning Adam immediately to his Mother Rebecca, so that she can take him home to his family & friends in Bahrain.
