AMANPOUR. viewers manifested continuous concern for the affected citizens of Haiti. The recovery efforts the world has shown to Haiti were commended and applauded. Most felt the assistance the government of Haiti owed to its citizens was “inexistent” and described the alleged inefficiency as “mismanagement” on their part. No doubt this is a trying period for HAITI and indeed the entire human race. With all assistance we can offer, the Haitian State deserves a full and unbiased recognition from the WEST and the world as a sovereign state which as the ability of taking control of its affairs despite the disaster(s) and political instability.
Not an individual Kelechi, but rather a system which provides rule of law. Rule of law cannot be implimented by one good man. It requires thousands of good men and women to accomplish rule of law... And the confidence of all the others that it is being done right. And beyond rule of law success will require a system of true justice. Monarchies. My question is about the Haitians themselves. Do they mostly want to STAY there and FIX Haiti? Or are they like the Afghanis who mostly just want to escape from Afghanistan? It seems like a fair question because Afghanistan is rocky high ground in the middle of nowhere while Haiti is a tropical island. Do most Haitians want to repair their country?
