I don't know if this behavior is linked to war torn regions, or just a symptom of post war societal trauma. But I am aware of very similar activity in Iraq particularly in Baghdad.

That kind of business is established in Brazil for many years! I do not remember of having seen any article or mention to this form of torture from the human rights watch dogs...

is a shame that the U.S. is there, training is going on, and apparently there is no protection against kidnappings. where is all the money going? why aren't the police walking around the neighbourhoods giving people some trust that things are improving?
Why is Karzhai still in power? Is all the security money going to his friends?

Former Secretary of State, James Baker says we need to aim our NUKES at Iran. Memories of the good old days, of threatening nations with Nuclear Weapons. Reactionary politics at its' best. The conservatives have to go back three Republican presidents to find one they call are real conservative. But even Reagan doesn't pass the test. They need to test Jimmy Carter.

    Who was kidnapped in Kabul?
