Comments about rape against women equaled terrorism in Africa
Agbai E Agbai i think rape is a criminal offence and not a terrorist act.
Ezumah Davis Its terrorism if u use it as a weapon of war, Vis a vis d Congo.
Robin Young In parts of Africa, as in Bosnia, rape has become a political tool of subjugating the enemy by having armies rape thousands of women. By breaking up families and forcing women to bear children conceived by the rape, it has long term consequences after an army has been withdrawn or loses. With the lack of counseling and help for these women, their lives can be ruined, especially if social tradtions cause them to be expelled by their families.
Okwesili Ndubisi This is an act against humanity. It requires good orientation and sound legal system to reduce this crime. Most women find it very difficult to open up when they exprienced this incident.
Joseph Kabongo Mwamba that's right and we should all stand against it. I can call it bioterrorism coz those rapist have HIV/AIDS which their transmitting to their victim. Very sad!

A Terrorist is ONE who terrorizes his victims.
Therefore whoever is terrorized can declare that the perpetrator is a Terrorist. Therefore raped persons (Men; Women; Children) can consider the rapists (Men or Women) as Terrorists!
In the US; every account holder (specially the IRA; Savings account; etc..) is being terrorized by Wall Street scoundrels when they see their hard-earned monies being stolen by the Financial "gurus" that are supported by the Regulators/Government. Therefore; the Wall street people are Terrorists and to distinguish them from the Terrorist Rapists and Al-Qaeda Terrorists; let's bestow upon then the title: FINANCIAL Terrorists!
WHAT ? RAPE AGAINST WOMEN ?.
With the whole of my heart,I sincerely offer my apology, sympathy and care, for the sufferings of all women in the hands of some unscrupulous and undesirable behaviour of men in this world.
Especially now that, there is high rate of promiscuous behaviours among the youth now than ever in this world,as sex abuse scandles is spreading all across Europe like wild fire,Africa,Asia, and America.
When I listened to the sexually abused victims, share their stories in Africa,America,Europe and Asia,I have always had a sleepless night in my life.Infact ,raping a woman is not only immoral or morally wrong ,but also illegal. For rape in its wider definition ,it includes the followings: Any person who has unlawful carnal knowledge with a woman or a girl, without her consent or with her consent,if her consent is obtained by force or by means of threats or intimidation of any kind,or by fear of harming her,or by means of false and fraudulent representation as to the nature of the act,or in the case of a married woman,by personation of her husband is called rape, and not terrorism or bioterrorism as mentioned above by free American and Joseph Kabongo.
