#Morsy is driving ‎Egypt to a civil war after news leaked tonight of plans to detain #Hamdeen_Sabahy, #ElBaradei and 40 opposition leaders. While #Hamdeen_Sabahy was in a private TV (CBC) about to attend an interview, instructions delivered to the program to prevent Sabahy from going on air. The shocking information he received that a presidential security forces group was waiting for him at the 6 October's CBC studio to arrest Sabahy but e went out using another gate.
This news has caused huge anger in the streets.

The entire account was a fabrication as was the account of the meeting of the Military council, The meeting of the supreme court, the declaration of "independence' of Mahala Province and and and.....

The brotherhood is evil organisation, just look at their history in the 50s.. this is why they have HAMAS and their heavy weapons in SINAI .. that is why they imported THOUSANDS of afghanies terrorists..
WAKE UP.. We all know that the election was deal they have done after they threatened to BURN DOWN ENTIRE CITIES OF EGYPT>> this was not an empty threat , they had heavy artillary base in Cairo city.. they have HAMAS masked men carrying weapons.. and hiding their faces because they are COWARDS ..

The ( Morshed ) the brotherhood leader said to all moslems who ( want to go to heaven ) to go and fight the protesters..
Their SHAIKS said that their blood is HALAL which means that it is fine to kill them ( the protesters that is )

The brotherhood have kindaped protesters and torturered them.. we do not know if they are still alive or not!
They come up on TV to say we want negotiations but their islamists shaiks say kill kill kill ..As their people killed and tourtured protesters they Changed ALLAH Akbar and we are gathering good points in heaven..
What do I say ! What can you say to this.. breaks my heart to see Egyptians die .. what are these, they are demons and not humans

Yep, islam only produces: hate, death, destruction and stupidity, therefore it's " leaders " are a final product of that mix. The whole Gaza " war " was a set up to give Morsy " standing " in the western world. CNN being the PC idiots that they are fell for it. There will be civil war in Egypt and , if Morsy wins, another war with Israel. Islam has no place in any modern free and democratic country.

Agree 100% with you; wherever there is islam, any form of islam, human rights, democracy, goodness, peace dissipitates and is replaced by a intolerant, ruthless, torturing, violent backward medieval totalitarian inhuman regime that brutalises itself and its population. islam is pure evil:the sooner muslims realise that and flush islam down the toilet away frorever from their lives, the better.

      Masria,
I do agree with you in rejecting and despising all acts of the MB. What I refuse is mixing cards and you referring to Islamic slogans chanted by those thugs as if they are representing Islam. Very dangerous game as this is a very critical moment that requires us to raise above all partisan and religious affiliations.

Lying through your teeth. You are either communist or Nasserite, the two factions who have a score to settle with MB. Either faction is an enemy to the West. The last thing that Egypt needs is an 180 degree reversal to Nasser's reign of terror. Where the US stands is that MB is far better than to have extreme left pawns in Egypt catering for Russia and China, once their posts in Syria collapse. As for Baradee is concerned he is scorned by his own people, totally un-charismatic fool

As an Egyptian activist who participated in the January 25 Revolution please allow me to say Morsi is following the exact same recipe book as Iran back in 1979... What he says and what he does are two totally different things. Unfortunately many people gave him benefit of the doubt for a few months but it seems all his actions are not pro-Egypt but rather pro-Ikhwan (brotherhood) and it is important for everyone to know that he is NOT the real decision maker.. He is merely the front of the organization's mastermind Khairat El Shatter and the spiritual Master (the Morshed). It is a shame that the US administration is backing and supporting such groups which have a long proven history of violence in Egypt and in other countries and who do NOT believe in democracy or the rule of law...This group is slowly taking Egypt into the direction of an Iran/Saudi state whereby they can exercise their influence and control the poor masses using religion and customize the laws to fit themselves and to establish their rule for decades to come.
We need the world to help prevent this from happening in Egypt by putting political and economic pressure to ensure democracy and the rule of law is maintained...

The Egyptian people elected Morsy, not the US, so why are you blaming the US at all? Do you think that the US would be in favour of an Islamic president or a secular non-religious president in Egypt... or Iran or Saudi Arabia? I guess that you will find it rather easy to answer that question... and then you should perhaps also realize that the Egyptian people are the only ones bring about change in Egypt.

I will let those in the area of the Middle East fill in the blanks...but it sounds like they are in need of a long rest away from politics...
And it sounds like Assad of Syria already knows that...I will not be anyone's puppet he claims...doctor to doctor...that is good medicine...but it also seems to be medicine the USA cannot swallow...

Back when they were overthrowing Mubarak, I knew even then that none of those people in Egypt was "yearning for democracy and rights." They can't, if they're Muslims. Islam is the inside-out of democracy. Study it, as I have, and this will be clear to you. We trusted them, took them at their word. Then when they won, who did they elect? Muslim Brotherhood, which has a long history of brutal violence, and still supports it. THEY CHOSE this man. They HAD to know that with Morsi, there would be no democracy. What they wanted was an Islamic State. These new rebels want one, too, no doubt, but perhaps the difference has to do with the genocidal sectarianism – who knows? The one thing I do know is that these are Muslims, being Muslims, and what Muslims do is not what people in democracies do when they are angry about something.

I knew ALL these rebel groups in the other nations that were overthrowing leaders were ALL lying about wanting democracy. And, as I knew, they ALL voted for Islam to rule them. Since Islam is an absolutist religion, it makes it easy to predict what Muslims will do, quite often. I predicted this new little bouquet of Islamic States, while everyone else was rooting for those "noble rebels." Not so noble now, are they?

The Arab Spring was a lie. Saying they wanted democracy, but what they REALLY wanted was to remove the leaders from ALL nations with a preponderance of Muslims, when the leaders were running secular governments. Arab Spring intended to turn those secular states into Islamic ones. And that's what they did.

If you haven't studied the Quran and Hadith, thoroughly, cover to cover, you cannot ever avoid being surprised at what Muslims do. If you HAVE studied them, nothing Muslims do surprises you any more. You may have noticed that Muslims are very good at breaking things. They never get tired of it. Morsi is, of course, fiercely Islamist, and won't hear of anyone having a different view – even a different Islamic one. I have to wonder if anyone in the States who knew him when he attended school there, noticed any of these little quirky thoughts of his.

Islam is flatly against everything, anything, and anybody that is not Islamic. Such things and people they will kill and destroy, and call it righteous. We'd better get it through our heads that WE are not even human to Muslims, and that killing us is something that pleases their god. I feel no mandate to respect a religion whose god tells them that I deserve to be slaughtered.

If they're slaughtering one another, they're only doing what Muslims do. I feel sorry for the ones they torture and kill, but this is their way. It may be possible to get them to stop the killing, but they'll still want to, and will resume it at any time they please.

Islam is not even a religion. It's a war manifesto, whose goal is total global conquest. The religion part was wrapped around the manifesto like a burrito, to create fanatic fighters and thus have more victories. It offers "carrots" that are almost irresistible, especially to males who are "less than adequate." It validates any man's masculinity, gives him total dominion over his wives and children, lets him marry baby girls and sodomize them.

They want the whole world to be like that. And sorry, @jimmy lim, we won't have to wait for 2050 before Islamist civilization is pitted violently against all others. They could almost start conquering the world now. My guess is within 3-5 years.

    And it won't be fun.

Arab spring is a lie agree only now, it's a master plan done by American to polish Islamic fundamentalists. There is a spring and America made sure it kill the real voice of liberty , so it portrays Islam this way, and make sure terror exist more and more other wise they will have no wars to make. Islam is about peace and good manners. About loving each other and connecting with god all the time. Those Mb and pedophiles that America are polishing are nothing like Islam. My son in a Harvard student and he tells me, mum don't worry all the kids here knows that is a disgrace in covering the news and distorting the facts...he as being born there when I studied there, being American Egyptian with an American girl friend make me feel good that policy makers do not represent the people and eventually only the objective media will be taught is ivy leagues... My son tell me I feel sorry more for their media than ours.

....sorry I profoundly disagree with your analysis. What happened in south Sahara Africa in respect of slavery and Apartheid has got nothing to do with Islam, the killings in Australia, India, and segregation in America even up to date. What about the killings of uncountable Red Indians in South and North America. Please give me a break. Shall we now say the white race in evil? America has not even upto date acknowledged that terrorism was in American before 9/11. Ask African-American, Chinese-Americans and non-White Latinos they have their raw narratives.
Egypt has always be a secular state. Egyptians from all denominations are out there, demonstrating against a President who seems not to understand the simple fundaments of democracy. Morsy is not the only one I do strongly believe that many Egyptians too do not understand the structure of democracy. After many decades of dictatorships, some still sadly think, that a democratic elected president has the right to rule like a dictator though Morsy has the intus of his Muslim-brotherhood ideology, I still do believe that any other Egyptian without a fundamental religious background would have been tempted to rule the same way. More education is what people need in Egypt. Europe in 18th and 17th centuries was not any better.
The Israeli government is a non Islamic government they have though the most radical far right wing government in the entire world. They wage wars without any repercussions from the rest of the world. They build Settlement Constructions in west Bank an act of modern civilized terrorism against the Palestinian people, but the world seems to understand that only Hamas in this case a terrorist organization what a shame to the entire human race!

This is what everyone knows, American media controlled by Jews driving the country politics. It's about business for Americans to kill people. How much risk the free guns in US has for its people? It's business why would they ban it . It's same through out the would, just business for American . First they divide, sell their weapons another fraction called terrorist , later kill them with their own weapons sold to the government. That's the game.

There are some things that are not regarded in the media.
I also asked myself the question why western media was holding back information and sometimes downplayed the protests. But i realized that the Muslim Brotherhood has influence on hamas and other extremist groups in the ME. For the US & the EU, nothing better could happen as to have an "insider" with influence on these groups under their control or at least as "willing partner".

The MB is playing this game very well, although i really doubt that their motives for collaborating are the same as from the US & EU – i rather think they please the western countries for getting financial support and for preventing that the west is supporting other opposition parties.

The fact that having the MB in power would end in sacrificing basic human rights for groups other than muslims must have been known in the west. But i think they knowingly sold the rights of the liberal and secular people in egypt for getting more influence on the ME, especially regarding the peace process between isreal and palestina.
Obama must solve the isreal/palestina conflict to please his voters – and the EU wants an end on the everlasting conflict too.

All above is just a possibility i made up, i dont have any proof for this. But history shows that politics can be very dirty sometimes, and for me, it explains a LOT of the actions from the west. It also would explain why morsi can be this arrogant – he knows that the west will not fall for the opposition, as they have no influence on hamas or alike at all and are therefore less "valuable" partners for the west.

Perhaps some investigative journalists will find out the truth. (*wink* anybody listening?)

Article 6 states 'the president is iummune to ALL authority'

Article 2 states 'al arsard mosque (leading islamic learning) will be consulted
for law where the principles of sharia will be the main source of legislation'.

First of all God of Adam, Abraham, Jacob, Moses, Jesus and Muhammad is the same no matter how u address the almighty secondly Islam, back in 6th century, introduced and taught human rights and a system of justice to entire human race like none other ..... Remember how these current flag bearers of mankind were living in those times and what was their civilisation like even hundreds of years after that..infact Islam is the only logical and feasible system to end tyranny, injustice, corruption, war and hunger from this planet so please stop making false claims about Islam and Muslims when you are so ignorant of real soul of Islam. By the way the word Islam litterly means peace.

Morsy isn't leading us to a civil war as most people think. what really leads us to a civil war both opposition leaders and extremist Muslims. I hate the language they use to address ordinary people. They both have to be wiser and more logical. They have to stop their threatening language especially Islamists. The majority of ordinary people watch and listen in confusion. They want Egypt to go forward and get out of this instability, but no one listen to them. That's what would lead Egypt to a civil war.

I have been browsing online greater than 3 hours nowadays, but I never found any attention-grabbing article like yours. It is pretty value sufficient for me.
