owner of the blog, hates to see Turkey to progress and be powerful...that's why she's one sided and deceptive. Real Turks know exactly whats going on. Turkey is becoming a strong and stable state. Enemies of Turkey becomes so unconformable by this fact..Citizens of Turkey, please don't be a tool to destabilize your own Country.

I am living in Turkey also, my wife is a cristian and she has been living here with me for the last 9 years of which last 6 years she is also Turkish citizen. In her Turkish ID her religion is mentioned as Cristian. Both of us we drink alcohol. Even we make at home wine. Nobody is interfering in our way of life. She is voting for AkParty. So it means we are living in another country than you?

Kazim, PM has been interfering our lives for 11 years. It all started when he said "Dear Ocalan is accounted for the heads he had taken" about the head of the terrorist group PKK which murdered 30,000 Turkish citizens. If this is not interfering with our lives then you must be delusional or living in a dream world. Wake up!

To Mert, trying to solve one of the biggest problem (pkk) is not interfering at all. it's breaking the chains of TURKEY.

During your party can you speak freely with your friends about Erdogan and speak out loudly that he turns to be a dictator?

at first it may sound nice, but before that there is a court decision which stopped the construction project on the Gezi park. The governmet or the city of Istanbul can't have a referandum on an independant court decision. This is just a tactic of buying time .

The representative meeting with Erdogan are not among the Gezi protestors. They were selected by the PM himself, they do not make any declaration of what has been discussed for 7 hours in the meeting.

These so called freedom seekers make petrol bombs and destroy everything on their path damaging the image of the country.

They only want freedom for themselves but not for others. One cannot be truly democratic if they do not want democracy for the others too.
These people do not represent my country;they are just bitter losers who can never win on elections and take their frustrations on the street on the first occasion that comes their way.
Western word get this;one square or park full of these revolution seeking dreamers do not represent the whole of Turkey.
They will lose ,lose, lose.Erdogan is the best thing that happened to Turkey after Turgut Ozal.
Long live Prime Minister we are all behind you.

Turky's protester want freedom .what freedom ?? to burn vehicle , disturbing generals life . their demand actually nothing but only to creat problem in Erodgans power . i don't see much logical cause of protester to be so angry . one reason can be police attacked them by tear gas etc. but the beginning of the protester for what?? no logical reason . i think not only police but also protester is violent . this is not good also . but western media gets it as a hot cake. & use this against Erodgan .coz he is the one representative of modern Muslim . He is working for Worlds Muslim

you have more freedom than ever in modern Turkey's history. You hate others freedom clearly. your freedom ends where the others begins

        June 13, 2013 at 9:28 pm |

this is exactly true. The protesters demand actually nothing but a plea to make disturbance on Erodgans period. The success of Erodgan is more than any government of Turky. Actually protester is from secularist those r rejected by the people in general election. They know if Erodgans success goes without ceasing the secularist will be vanished one day in the political world . Islam will be solution for all problem . Islam can bring happiness & peach . It can give prosperity in both world here life & hereafter life .

When will the Prime Minister will understand that it is not about Gezi Park project. Prime Minister tries to content the issue in a project and push everything else under carpet. The people who attended in this meeting does not represent the protesting people and they are chosen by the prime minister himself.

There is a High Court decision/order to stop this Park Project. Prime Minister is not recognizing this order and says I will demolish the park, further I can even build a mosque there. There is no need for a referendum, there is a court order to obey.

    Erdogan is a liar ...In just last 10 days ;

-He said ; 17 people died in occupy wall street -> U.S. Embassy claimed its is not true ,

-He said protesters escaping from police took refuge in a mosque, drank beer in mosque – > imam of mosque contradicted,

-He said they killed a police which is died after falling from an overpass while running after protesters,

-He said he planted 2.8 billion trees which is truly lie if we don't consider tulips as a tree,

-He and his governor told they will not attack protesters today and talk with their delegates , but they did attack today

.....many more lies to cant write here .

And beside all these Hz. MUHAMMAD Mustafa (S.A.V.) said "My believers does fornication , they do drink alcohol, they gamble but they never lie" so ... what are these lies? Is he trying to put a building over these young people bloods to make his son in love even more richer as FT mentioned. I am a Muslim too which is try to do ecclesiastical laws but i have to tell true because "Person who saw the injustice and stop saying that is a dumb devil " is another order of my prophet. Second is; Turkey can be one of the top countries like former Soviet Union or the actual Iran Islamic Republic. What matters is whether the society is happy or not. Unfortunately there is a very sharp and big income difference between the poor and rich; there's a huge difference between the life standards which we want to live and which we actually live. So before acting the regional power we have to clean our own backyard.
