In the video above, CNN's Christiane Amanpour shows how an animated fight for women's rights is playing out in Iran.
What a nice ladie.
Ms Amanpour, you lack the simplest abilities of human intellect. Please quit your job as a fake journalist and give us all a relief..! Please..?
While her hopes and story are nice and cheerful, we have to drop back down into reality. If anyone believes for one minute that the election of the so-called “moderate” Rowhani is going to change Iran’s policies, then they are sadly mistaken. When you have a candidate field filled with nut jobs and rabid conservatives, then the least crazy one is certainly going to look moderate next to them. Don’t forget that Rowhani was handpicked by Supreme Leader Khamenei and has had a long and distinguished career filled with stops in Iran’s military, intelligence and police arms. This is not a guy who grew up battling for peaceful change in his life. It would be naïve to think Iran’s future is going to be markedly different under his rule. It’s just new wallpaper, but the same crummy prison cell you’re locked up in. Check out the facts at: http://ow.ly/m4A7Z
The US should elect a woman president first!
She is saying what is very difficult but not very possible.Unless Iran undergo a radical turn around with little view on Islamic extremism it can't happen.Even in Nigeria a female President is still far from possible with the northern part still outweighs the southern pollitical despite the latter owns the political clues and general Country expertise. For the US female president,it's just a matter of time,it's on the way.
This was actually discussed a while ago and I was for it initially. Over time though it became apparent that the total community was getting involved with this project. Archiving this would be best for everyone.
Very well said, your blog says it all about that particular topic.:*’`.
