they seem to be. They are happy to have an ally. Morsi is digging his heels. Not a positive move.

YES, all Egyptians are very happy seeing the military back. Only the blind can’t see that. Watch worldwide TV Channels and you will see millions and millions of true Egyptians with their smiles back on their faces. Only his supporters are not happy but they are maximum 300 Thousand and they don’t even honour the Egyptian flag, watch Rabaa Adaweya area where you will see black flags of Kaeda, green of Saudi Arabia and of Moslem Brotherhood. On a TV interview supporters of ousted president threatened all Egyptians to bomb cars and trains if the people will demonstrate against him OMG.
I do not accept CNN using the word COUP at this stage. Ousted president Morsi lost all legitimacy since last November where many young people were killed at the gate of his palace and he never regretted or apologized for that, later many awful things happened to Egyptians and you were always seeing that. He never won the respect of the Egyptians. We never saw him as a president as he never acted as one. The youth of Egypt demonstrated against him on 30 June 2013 all all Egyptians supported them in an extremely well organized countrywide demonstration google and others counted them as approx. 30 million and the Egyptian Military HAD to honour these demonstrations. So sorry that President Obama cannot see that this is true democracy, We Egyptians are waiting to hear Obama’s support to the Egyptian People and not to traitors and terrorists.

To all my non-Egyptian friends, if you hear or watch any news saying this is a military coup, take it from an Egyptian, it is NOT! Up to 33 million free Egyptians have been demonstrating peacefully to oust the tyrant Morsi and the fascist regime of the Muslim Brotherhood. No external force or influence drove this but the free will of true Egyptian youth, who again have rewritten history. I have never been more proud.

Yes all the Egyptians are very happy, we are very happy, it's not a military movement , it is an Egyptian's scream , and the military answer, this is the miltiary role and responsibility, Morsi was not the actual president of Egypt he is just a dummy controlled by idiots fascist MB , the Egyptians people outset MB from the Egyptians throne , MB were planning to control Egypt forever regardless of their performance they want to put their people in every part of the Egyptian regime , as an example the investement secretary minister was mobile sales man without any experience only he is MB and more and more ...

I am an Egyptian, I was one of those who voted for Dr. Mohamed Morsy in presidency election to prevent the reproduction of the old regime via their candidate Dr. Ahmed Shafiq. Later on we discovered that Dr. Morsy didn't achieve his promises for justice , equality and freedom along with his bad selection of unqualified responsible to run the daily activities of the country.
Presidency was a contract between the peoples in Egypt and their president but he didn't implemented promises. My believe that he deserve what happened as a final result, BUT the method which used through a military coup is quite enough for me to feel ashame , I am not feel proud with it, these kind of military coups not happened in Egypt along with 61 years , yet again it appears back to remind us that we're still long away of the real democracy.

To nominate what happened in Egypt correctly it is a civilian coup utilized the army force , without strong military to face strong fascist MB Egypt would either fall into chaos or be kidnapped by MB , thanks for our honest army

What coup???? Is it possible to define a mass movement to overthrow the fascist regime.....that was planned 3 months in advance.....a coup? Funny, this is the first time I see a coup pre-scheduled and announced to the world!! The fact that the military saw the dangers of the MB and their ulterior motives, and decided to heed the call of the Egyptian masses and majority of the people, could be defined only as a noble act. If the international arena could see beyond their own interests, and maybe just once see things from the people's perspective, they would realize that they are standing on the wrong side of the fence!!!!

    =============
This is a military coup in the most gruesome way. Morsi is an elected president. Elbaradie is rejected by most Egyptians; this is why he never ran for president or even a parliamentarian. The coup coalition consisting of the ex-regime remnants and some liberals and communists is starting to fall!
Please do not listen to those who call it a revolution.

This coup is highly questionable. It looks more like a conspiracy than a truly people-driven revolt against Mursi. Why is a civilian president whose record is much cleaner over a whole year than the record of the military in one week still detained in an unidentified place? If the military is afraid of his freedom then sure there is reason to think the current situation an epitome of illegitimacy.

It's a complete military coup, the army ousted our first elected President , Muhammed Morsi, so as to usurp the power. Morsi is the president for all the Egyptian people not as they assume for part of it. we as pro-Morsi are waiting for our rights to be taken into consideration as those who are anti-Morsi. we are more in number than the opposition as you see in squares , it's only the fake media in Egypt that converts truth into lies. The only thing that we must refer to now is votes , only votes count if we are talking about real democracy .

    Dear friends from non-Egyptians:
    – First: we must know that what happened in Egypt is a real full military coup against the elected and legitimate president of Dr. Mohamed Morsi
    – Second: ElBaradei Egyptians do not like because it has a different culture and wants to impose this culture stupidly on the Egyptians.
    – Third: The Egyptians have begun to change their vision of the West, especially America when it began to cooperate and deal respectfully with the legitimate president-elect.But now will increase the frustration and anger against the whole West because he sided with the liberals despite their weakness against the legitimacy and the people who decided to be the boss (leader Mohamed Morsi).
    – Fourth: Look into of Justice now what is happening in Egypt. Egypt has emerged are today demanding the return of President-elect Dr. Mohamed Morsi. No one in the world expects this huge crowd of people in favor of President Dr. Mohamed Morsi.
    – Fifth: Egypt is in danger, and Egyptian national security is in danger and things congested in Egypt because people will only return of the legitimate president, Dr. Mohamed Morsi. Egypt if the crisis worsened will have a profound impact on Almntqo its impact .. Look at you demonstrations demanding the return of President Mohamed Morsy in all Arab and Western countries .. Save the region as a whole stood with the legitimate with Dr. leader President Mohamed Morsi.

What happened in Egypt has NOTHING todo with democracy, the president WON fair and square with democratic elections and everyone knows it was SO much FAIR that they never even said it was fake ! but after 1 year now as in any Barbarian Country , they think they can take out any president by gathering in the streets ! guess what, the majority Now back to the Street, Pay back time Against the Military Actions. No, they are not.
The Military closed down many pro-Morsi channels once the coup took place.
Journalists report on Facebook repeatedly that their articles were banned from publishing.
Many Muslim Brotherhood leaders have been arrested for lame reasons.
On Monday, 9 July, 52 pro-Morsi protesters (and reportedly the number amounted to 104) were killed in front of the Republican Guard building while they were peacefully performing dawn prayer when they were suprised by tear gas bombs followed by torrents of bullets. The prayer was around 3:45 am (i.e. when it was still dark). The Military afterwards claimed that it was the protesters who began the attack, and revealed a video recording that was obviously taken in daylight, i.e. when the protesters were responding to the treacherous attack.
If this is okay to you, then RIP democracy.
