They even cannot explain the DAP Scam 129 Billion pesos that went to the government official pocket.... they are just looking at a very small amount which almost 10 Billion Pork Barrel Scam they should better resign from thier post if they can not efficiently do their Job better resign rather than to just defending their talented stealing the peoples money comparing to the past administration its a few million of money but for Aquino's administration it a huge Billion peso that is lost in the coffer from the people money... if they just use that for proper training and purchase of equipment then Filipino are not suffering from this kind of casualties and they even wanted to charges taxes from the donation from the international communities..... shame on you people in the Philippine Government you even called honorable.....
