Part 1: Susan Rice, the U.S. Ambassador to the U.N., tells Christiane the cease-fire in Syria is in jeopardy and that the violence has escalated in that country.
Part 2: Senator John McCain makes a strong case for arming the rebels and for the U.S. leading airstrikes against the Assad regime.
